Audit-ready flights

“Audit-ready” does not mean bureaucracy. It means you can answer basic questions quickly: what happened, why it happened, and how to reduce risk next time.

Before the flight

  • Define the operational envelope and abort criteria
  • Confirm sensor health and link status checks
  • Set expectations for autonomy modes and operator interventions

After the flight

  • Review logs for anomalies and decision points
  • Capture operator notes while context is fresh
  • Feed lessons learned back into tests and constraints

The goal is a tight loop: fly → review → improve.
